Your report

Opened from Angelo, this page shows your system and version here. You came without them, so add them in the email: your operating system and its version, and the Angelo version from Help ▸ About.

Write the report

The button opens your email app with these details and three questions to answer, addressed to support@angelo.studio. This page sends nothing itself; the report leaves your computer only when you send the email.

01What to include#

  • What you did, step by step, and what you expected.
  • What happened instead, and any message Angelo or Blender showed.
  • The model you were using, if it's about the agent.
  • A small .blend file that shows the problem, if you can share one. Attach it to the email.

Never include an API key or a password.

02If Angelo crashed#

Angelo writes a crash log named angelo.crash.txt in your temporary folder. On Windows the crash dialog offers to open this page with your details, and to show the log. Attach the log to the email.

03What happens to your report#

Your email reaches us as any email does: we receive your address and whatever you include, and use them to reply and to find the problem. The privacy policy has the rest.
