Angelo Teams

Sign in to your studio's Angelo team and its models are simply there: requests go through Angelo's gateway on your organization's own provider keys, and no key is stored on your computer.

At a glance

  • Sign in from the chat's Your team row, Preferences ▸ AI Providers ▸ Angelo team, or the status bar.
  • With a seat, your team's models appear in every chat. Your own connections keep working beside them.
  • Your team's library is reached through the agent, and every import or upload asks first.

01Sign in#

Sign in from any of these:

  • The first row of an empty chat, Your team: “Sign in with your organization account”.
  • Preferences ▸ AI Providers ▸ Angelo team ▸ Sign in.
  • In Manual mode, Sign in in the status bar.

Your browser opens the Angelo console, where you sign in the way your organization set up, with an email code, Google, GitHub or single sign-on. Choose the organization and allow the device; the browser hands you back to Angelo. Angelo never sees your password, and keeps the sign-in in your computer's Keychain or Credential Manager.

Signed in, the status bar shows your organization and name. Its menu shows your seat and this period's usage, opens your profile, devices and the team library in the console, and has Sign Out, which also revokes this device.

02With a seat#

Your team's AI appears under Angelo team in AI Providers, one row per provider your team added: Claude, OpenAI, Grok, MiniMax and Kimi for the chat, and image and 3D providers for generation. When a team connection is ready, a new chat starts on it.

Requests go through Angelo's gateway, which adds your organization's provider key; the key never reaches your computer. Angelo reports to your organization how many agent tasks you finished on team connections, never your prompts, files or scenes.

Without a seat you can still sign in and use the team library, but not the team's models: AI Providers says No seat and who to contact. Personal connections keep working with or without a team, unless your organization turns them off.

03The team library#

Ask the agent to find, preview, import or save things in your team's library and its IPs (worlds, characters and their references), or open Team Library from the status bar menu to browse it in the console.

  • Searching and looking need no approval.
  • Importing and saving always ask, in every approval setting. Saving shows who will see it.
  • Imports are checked first and go into their own collection, as one Undo step. Pictures, GLB, binary FBX, OBJ and USD import; .blend files are refused. Nothing inside an imported file runs.

04What your IT department can manage#

Your organization can set Angelo up with a macOS configuration profile or a Windows policy, for example: require team sign-in, allow only the team's connections, require Ask for every chat, turn off Always allow scripts, external AI apps, voice, update checks or crash reports, and name a contact. A managed setting says Turned off by your organization, and AI Providers lists them. Studios can read more on the For studios page.
